Sen. Scott Brown and his bus rolled into town Thursday for his third visit in three weeks to Framingham. This time the senator, in a tight re-election race with Democrat Elizabeth Warren, brought Maine Sen. Susan Collins, who was voted the #1 bipartisan senator in the United States. Brown has been named the second-most bipartisan senator by Congressional Quarterly.
