VIDEO: Captain Joseph Hicks Sworn In As Fire Marshal

Captain Joe Hicks was sworn in as Framingham Fire Marshal at a standing room only ceremony at the Memorial Building Tuesday morning.

Captain Joe Hicks was sworn in as Framingham Fire Marshal, at a standing room only ceremony at the Memorial Building Tuesday morning. During the brief ceremony, Fire Chief Gary Daughtery read of the captain's accomplishments and history with the department. (See video). After Town Clerk Valerie Mulvey issued the oath of office, Hicks was pinned by his wife Kristen.
