Four teams, including two from Framingham, played at Bowditch Field Friday night to kick off the 31st Annual Memorial Day Classic Soccer Tournament, hosted by Framingham United Soccer Club. The Framingham Storm, a U14 girls team, defeated the Force from Bristol, R.I. in the opening game. Starting today, more than 130 teams will compete in the two-day annual Framingham soccer tournament in four locations on 19 fields. Teams travel from all over New England and New York to compete. The Framingham Storm are scheduled to play again at 8 a.m. today against Natick United at Framingham High School.
