8th Grade Cheerleaders Capture 2nd Place at NE Championships [VIDEO]
For the first time in the Framingham Youth Football & Cheerleading program's history, five teams (fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth grade) competed in the New England Championships Sunday.
For the first time in the Framingham Youth Football & Cheerleading program's history five teams (4th, 5th, 6th, 7th & 8th grade) competed in the New England Championships in Providence Sunday. The A team, comprised of eighth graders, finished second. Teams that place first, second or third in the New England competition qualify for nationals in Florida, but it has been the policy of Framingham Youth Football & Cheerleading to only send first place teams to nationals.
