Framingham Youth Football & Cheering will host the Bay State Superbowl games Sunday, Nov. 4 at Bowditch Field. Everyone is invited to attend the games for free to cheer on Framingham's two nationally-ranked youth football teams. The Framingham Youth Football A Team, comprised of eighth graders, finished the regular season undefeated at 9-0. They are ranked third in the county in the American Youth Football All-American rankings. They defeated Needham Tuesday to earth a spot in Sunday's championship game. Last year as a seventh grade team, they won the Bay State League Championship, Massachusetts State Championship and the New England Regional Championship. The Framingham Youth Football A Team wrapped up its regular season Saturday, defeating Weymouth, to remain undefeated. The team is ranked third in the country in the American Youth Football standings for eighth grade teams. Bay State Conference playoffs begin Tuesday, pending Hurricane Sandy. The Massachusetts Championship is Nov. 11. Last year as a seventh grade team, they won the Bay State League Championship, Massachusetts State Championship and the New England Regional Championship.
