UPDATED: Framingham AMC Closed Without Explanation

AMC says the blizzard forced the closure and hops to re-open Tuesday night.

UPDATE 2:15 p.m. Tuesday: It was the weekend blizzard that dropped more than two feet of snow in Framingham from Friday through Saturday that has caused the theater's closure, according to theater officials. "We're working to reopen due to some issues caused by the storm," said AMC spokesman Ryan Noonan. "We do not have a specific timeline, but we hope to open as soon as possible this week." -- Susan Petroni *** A piece of paper on the door at AMC Framingham greets would be movie-goers at the dark theatre on Flutie Pass. "THEATRE CLOSED We apologize for any inconvenience." That's it. No answer on the business's website either. Where movie times would usually be is a blank box, although movie times are listed for tomorrow, Tuesday.
