Framingham Department of Public Works operations manager Michael Lavin Jr. has been offered the superintendent of public works position for the Town of Wrentham. Wrentham Selectmen last week voted 4-1, with Selectman Michael Carroll dissenting, reported The Sun Chronicle. Lavin was one of three finalists. The candidates were selected by a search committee, which was convened in March.
