Framingham Outback Steakhous Coming to Former Big Papi's Location The home of the Bloomin' Onion will soon call Framingham home, according to a sign at the construction site.  Framingham Beer Works to Open Framingham Selectmen gave approval for a Framingham Beer Works to open in the former Bugaboo Creek Restaurant.
