No one hurt, but thieves stole the offerings from the 8 and 10 a.m. services at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church Sunday.
While parishioners were having coffee after the 10 a.m. service Sunday, thieves stole the donations made by parishioners or St. Andrew's Episcopal Church Sunday. "Sometime during or after coffee hour ... the offering from the 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. services was stolen," wrote St. Andrew's Church Rector Julie Carson in an email to parishioners. "It is believed that less than $100 in cash was among the checks. ... The good news is that there was no property damage, no forced entry, and nobody was hurt." Carson recommended if a parishioner placed a check into the offering, that they contact their bank and cancel the payment. The Maple Street church contacted Framingham Police and filed a report.
