A man arrested at a SWAT raid in 2011, where a man was accidentally shot, and later convicted on drug charges was arrested again this week, and charged with rape.
In January 2011, Framingham Police SWAT team raided a residence on Fountain street seeking to arrest a couple individuals on drug charges. During the rain Eurie Stamps was accidentally shot and killed by Framingham Police. Stamps' stepson Joseph Bushfan was one of the targets of the police raid. In October 2011, he pled quilty to drug charges. On Tuesday, Bushfan, who now lives at 808 Memorial Dr. in Cambridge, was arrested on Waverly and Winthrop Streets and charged with rape, domestic assault and witness intimidation. The arrest stems from an incident at Motel 6 on Route 9 on Monday night. Bushfan and the woman were familiar with each other, according to police.
