I am mom of a teenaged boy, practicing Goals Coach, Jill of many trades and mistress of more than you might think, volunteer, papercraft teacher, published writer, major foodie, devoted friend, loving daughter, wife and sister. 

Currently I run a very busy practice coaching small business owners and people looking to make sea changes in their lives. I am an Independent Demonstrator for Stampin' Up!, a leading Rubber Stamping and Scrapbooking company, am working toward National Certification as a Life Coach, slogging through three writing projects, and volunteer as a mentor with the John Andrew Mazie Memorial Foundation, and other local organizations.  In my "spare time" I do Sudoku, read everything from Us Weekly to Bloomberg Businessweek, fiddle with the Kindle, scrapbook and stamp cards, knit for charity and secretly watch as much BravoTV reality programming I can stand before my head blows off.

I love facts, coffee, stinky French cheese and that feeling you get right before you fall asleep.  I detest bigotry, fennel, losing my car keys in my big black handbag and birds pooping on my windshield.

I try to see the good in everyone no matter how hard I might have to squint and if I can improve the outlook of one person each day then I can consider the day a success.
