UPDATED: Pizzeria Closes, Free Night Photography Program and a Trio of Meetings Tuesday Night

Framingham Selectmen, Framingham School Committee and Special Town Meeting are all meeting tonight in the Memorial Building.

1. Another pizzeria has closed in Framingham.

Zeta Pizzeria & Kitchen, formerly Giorgio's, in Saxonville closed this month. A for lease sign sits in the window. No one answered the phone when Framingham Patch called.

This is the third pizzeria to close in Framingham in the last two months. A1 Pizza & Subs, off Route 9, and Royal Pizza in Nobscot both closed since school began.

2. Special Town Meeting continues tonight at 7:30 p.m. in Nevins Hall in the Memorial Building. Framingham Patch is not live blogging during these sessions. This will be night 3.

3. The Framingham School Committee meeting has been moved from the King Administration Building to the Memorial Building tonight, due to Special Town Meeting.  The meeting is expected to start as a closed session for collective bargaining. The School Committee is then expected to re-open in public session in the Blumer Community room.

5.The Gateway Camera Club is holding a free program tonight on night photography at St. Andrew Church at 7:15 p.m. Presented by Jürgen M Lobert  the night photography program will cover equipment, settings & exposures, etc. For more info www.gatewaycameraclub.org

In Case You Missed It: The state's newest senator was in Framingham on Saturday. Sen. Ed Markey stopped by the stopped by the 23rd Annual Pies on the Common. 

The Framingham fall tradition, sponsored by First Parish in Framingham Unitarian Universalist Church, draws hundreds for its homemade pies! 

Sen. Markey bought Cool Whip pies at the Throw a Pie booth but allowed the church's Junior Youth Group to have the fun of throwing the pies.
