Laughter Yoga encourages playfulness, deep belly laughs, social connection, and a balance of mind and spirit
It combines laughter exercises with yoga breathing. This brings more oxygen to the body and the brain which makes one feel more energetic and healthy. All ability levels can participate, as you can sit or stand. NO experience necessary. NO Mat needed. Please bring water to drink.
