Big Week for Sports: Mustang Classic & Framingham Wrestling Tourney
The Bobby Brown Cup hockey game is Friday at 4 p.m. at Loring Arena.
This vacation week is a big week for high school sports.
Tonight, Dec. 26, begins the annual Mustang Classic basketball tournament at Marian High School.
The girls basketball team will host Bishop Connolly at 5 p.m. in the opening round followed by the boys team playing Matignon at 7 p.m.
Tomorrow night, the finals of the Mustang Classic will be held. Scheduled to be announced.
On Friday, former Framingham North High, Framingham South High and Framingham High hockey (pre-2010) players will compete in the annual Framingham South vs. North Alumni Hockey Game, now known as the Bobby Brown Cup at 4 p.m. at Loring Arena. All proceeds benefit the Framingham High School hockey program.
Following the Bobby Brown Cup, Framingham High will play Catholic Memorial in the Silverback Classic at Loring Arena at 8 p.m. The finals of the Silverback Classic are Saturday night.
Finally on Saturday, Framingham High School's wrestling team will host and compete in the Framingham Holiday Classic starting at 9 a.m.
