SLIDSHOW: Flyers Advances in Playoffs With 2-1 Win Over Central Catholic

Framingham will travel to Acton-Boxborough tomorrow, Nov. 1. to take on the #1 seeded team in North Division 1 field hockey playoffs.

Flyers captain Amanda Gallagher scored the winning goal for the Framingham High field hockey team Wednesday night.

The Flyers, seeded #16 in the MIAA North Division 1 tournament, defeated the Raiders of Central Catholic 2-1 at Lawrence Stadium.

Bailey Donelly scored the Flyers other goal in the first half. The two teams were tied 1-1 at the half.

With the playoff victory, Framingham will travel to Acton-Boxborough tomorrow, Nov. 1. to take on the #1 seeded team in North Division 1. Game starts at 3 p.m.
